Guess the Spot
Here's a fun game where you can guess the identities of various landmarks from aerial photos. It's multiple choice, which makes it considerably easier... I think I might try putting up a quiz like this of my own here on the blog.
I got 16/16 correct. How'd you do?
Oh, by the way, I've been in the field of view of 6 of these locations, though in half of those cases I didn't actually go inside the landmark in question. I've also been just outside the field of view of one more. I'll let you know which ones in the comments, so please take the quiz before reading the comments.

I've made full visits to Hoover Dam (didn't go inside the dam per se, but otherwise the visit was non-cheesy), Alcatraz, and Times Square. I've been around the outside of the Space Needle, the Alamo, and Wrigley Field. I drove past the Pentagon on the freeway, but it was outside the field of view of the aerial photo. I've seen the Statue of Liberty from a distance, but not up close.
wow - only 10 out of 16 for me.
Lance and I together got 14/16. I've seen a Cubs/Dodgers game at Wrigley Field, but I got it wrong.
I got 12 right... all the ones I got right I've been to, all the ones I got wrong I've never been anywhere near those cities even and had to just sort of try to guess from the stuff around them.
It should come as no surprise to anyone that my knowledge of the Geography immediately surrounding landmarks I've never been to is, well, less than accurate. Heh.
I should probably point out that the website mislabels the Colosseum as being in Greece, not Italy. I just took a look at Google's aerial maps, and it's definitely the one in Rome, not some Greek Olympic stadium or something.
Connie - you've been to twelve? Are you sure? There are four in Europe or Brazil, and I don't think you've been there. Then there's Bush's ranch and Niagara Falls... have you been there? Cape Canaveral and the Pentagon?
It was themiddle of thenight... I meant to say "I got right all the ones I've been to," not the other way around!
